Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking through will ask you to confirm acceptance of the conditions below.



The cost of an ENG1 medical is charged at £115 and is fixed by the MCA. Payment can be made via the website booking form or by card via the telephone 0151 2854578. Cash payment can be accepted but this will need to be paid in advance at the time of booking. Please email if you would like further information regarding this.




We understand unforeseen circumstances can happen which can cause difficulty in attending an appointment. In these circumstances, we will try and be as helpful as we can, especially in rearranging the appointment. As a private service, late cancellations can be a considerable cause of financial loss.  We would therefore ask you to inform us as early as possible so we can fill this appointment and avoid any cancellation charges. 


Cancellation charges are listed below.

Cancellation before 48 hours will incur no charge and a full refund will be given.

Cancellation between 24-48 hours will be charged at £60

Cancellation between 3-24 hours will be charged at £90

Cancellations less than 3 hours will be charged in full.


On occasions, further work might be necessary such as obtaining information from third parties. This usually will not include a charge, but Liverpool Medicals reserve the right to ask for charges to reflect for any significant further work. This will always be discussed with the client before being carried out.


Lost certificates

If a new ENG1 certificate needs to be reissued this will be charged at £30.


Cancellation by Liverpool Medicals


In the rare event that your appointment has to be cancelled by Liverpool Medicals, you will be entitled to a full refund. No liability shall be attached to Liverpool Medicals for any incidental costs incurred due to this.



Whilst we hope that this should not arise, we would ask that you raise any issue with Dr Lutte at the time of the complaint. If this cannot be resolved, we would request that you put your complaint in writing to We will then do our best to process your complaint as soon as possible.
